@GoldenFennec Are you looking for some sort of "test"? Could be more straightforward and real world. Take some raw recordings that need to be cleaned up. Show you can detect and fix minor timing and pitch inaccuracies. Sensibly EQ and balance parts. Sensibly mix to match the song structure

@GoldenFennec I like the chisel example. Thinking a little further it really is a creative control issue. I don't use the tools much, but I know where all the knobs are and what they can do. I can make use of them, but I couldn't make a masterpiece.
