Now that @MayorOfLA is back from Africa the second biggest city in America and the most biggest county in America had all of its leadership just spend 30 minutes trying to explain to the media why they have sent out five false evacuation alerts to over 10 million people as a result they didn’t spend any time talking about how they are actually helping people— the failure of leadership is shocking in LA county and in the city of Los Angeles in particular. #lafires #PalisadesWildfire. i’m on the ground in the midst of the fires and happened to hear the official statement from the head of emergency relief at LA County who spent his entire time talking about why they keep sending false evacuation alerts to everyone in the largest county in America. it is pathetic, no surprise that so much is burned.
