The
#Steelers
are expected to hire former
#Falcons
coach Arthur Smith as their offensive coordinator, per sources.
Smith had a top run game as
#Titans
OC before heading to Atlanta three years ago. Now he’ll be coaching Najee Harris, Jaylen Warren and company in Pittsburgh.
yeah I need that win desperately Sunday now. Tom Brady made my life hell it’s only fair that he destroys his marriage only to lose to Marcus Mariota in 2022
i will never have any sympathy for a team or their fans that lose based on the overtime 'first touchdown wins' rule. no one cared after super bowl 51, you all laughed, my hope is that all 31 teams experience that.
Matt Ryan is headed to the team's Ring of Honor tonight. Here's where he ranks in team (and NFL) history for:
Passing yards: 1 (7)
Completions: 1 (5)
Passing TDs: 1 (9)
Passer rating: 1 (19)
Completion %: 1 (13)
4th quarter comebacks: 1 (4)
Also the franchise's sole MVP

visit went smoothly all-around with veteran safety Justin Simmons, including a dinner with corner A.J. Terrell and defensive lineman Grady Jarrett, per league sources
@KPRC2
Among all rookie QBs, Michael Penix Jr is tied for the lead in passing touchdowns and is one of the only 1st round QBs to not throw an interception this season.
Ruke Orhorhoro + Grady Jarrett side by side
Ruke really might be a Grady clone look at this one and try to tell me otherwise. the rookie is taking notes from the legend
Matthew Judon wants you to believe he's a big meanie but look at how softly he lays Derek Carr down. It's like he's tucking his son in bed, what a nice guy
@Fumi_chun
it’s funny when you meet an artist that actually know how to do it too and you realize everyone else was gaslighting you/didn’t have the skill set but we’re too scared to admit it
you lost to the goat but it took losing two starting OL and getting screwed out of a new set of downs on the one. i can live with that, this team can compete with anyone so hopefully we get everyone back and are good to go.
BREAKING: The
#Patriots
are close to finalizing a trade that will send 4x Pro Bowl pass rusher Matthew Judon to the
#Falcons
, per multiple sources.
The deal is in the final stages and expected to be finished soon.
posting/shaming a coach for being happy after a preseason loss is weird but posting a video that’s from a team practice scrimmage and passing it off as a post game video is a cry for help
The
#Falcons
aren’t done working on the D: Two-time Pro Bowl safety Justin Simmons is signing with Atlanta on a one-year, $8 million deal, per
@AthletesFirst
.
Here's

OC Zac Robinson talking about Michael Penix Jr learning from Kirk Cousins:
"He's digesting everything and what a great guy to learn from in Kirk."
"Definitely have seen some good strides from Mike in this short amount of time."
Best part about watching back Troy Andersen's performance is seeing how hyped up his teammates were for him, they knew this ability was there.
Andersen makes an unreal inside-out play on Kamara and defensive captain Jessie Bates is the first one on the scene to hype him up
If you are celebrating the Falcons (or any NFL team) cutting a certain player over the weekend remember this -- you're celebrating someone getting fired.
And that's messed up. No need for that kind of vitriol. Be critical, sure, but outright celebrating...c'mon.
jalen carter went through some of the worst moments in his life the last couple months and you have national media wondering why he’s gained some weight and looks lost mentally. showing once again how a majority of society is not proactive when it comes to mental health
The

defense doesn’t get enough credit for carrying the team in 2023. Last year, while trailing, the defense faced 9, 3rd and short (1-2) situations. They only allowed the offense to convert the down TWICE
“well we only saw him do this once” WELCOME TO KIRK COUSINS FOOTBALL BABY. do y’all think he was doing this even 5 times a game before coming here, cause boy do I have news for you.
Day 1 of Dolphins-Falcons joint practice was a good test of speed/athleticism vs. size/strength.
My view: Miami made several splash plays winning with its speed, but Atlanta won most of the battles in the trenches and were more physical. No winner/loser, but ATL had strong day.
Meyers Leonard said he didnt know what that word meant. That would be like imagine you adopt a kid who never heard rap before. And you play him some Drake & he asks "Can you play some Benny the Butcher" and youre like "WHAT?!" and he's like "huh sorry dont know what I just said"
I think my favorite part of the presser is Rich McKay admitting his role and they way power is structured in Atlanta is rare and uncommon but that he thinks more teams will start doing it, cause the Falcons are obviously a successful model teams want to emulate lmao
