The way ppl believe that rock Lee vs Gaara embodies the themes of the series more than the climax of the saga where the antagonist of the arc loses to the mc with both them coming to an understanding is just absurd levels of delusion.
There's literally a 20x better fight not long after this that carries the ACTUAL soul of Naruto as a story.

One thing I love in fiction is whenever a character turns someone else, or even parts of themselves into an idea/ideal,whether it comes from a sense of adoration, inferiority complex or placing a mask on oneself. And Subaru is my definitely favourite when it comes to this.

Finished Re zero: arc 7, The Land of the Wolves
Honestly probably the most intense I've felt from any story came from bits of this arc(Todd and Olbert stuff). Love the amount of lore we get on this arc and its super packed. The last chapters were absolutely crazy.
