🏳️⚧️Thank you all for coming and supporting us today. On this Transgender Day of Visibility, we celebrate our identities and our visibility. We also stand with those who have no privilege to be visible. Trans Rights China is calling an end to discrimination and persecution.

Rococo is a transgender girl residing in Shandong. In November 2023, she was abducted by a conversion therapy centre. Shockingly, there are hundreds of such centres in China, despite being officially banned by law.

It was only until early morning of 12 June, Simone was taken away from home by the police without a chance to contact families and friends. We were now informed by her lawyer Eijsbouts that she was charged with attempted manslaughter.

Chinese students were long told that higher education was a ladder to a better life, but many are finding that their degree is not a ticket to a good job. As demand for graduates has stagnated, the supply of them keeps growing 👇

Thanks to this CCP supporter for your creativity, I really laughed out loud! (the words read: Hook up
However, police has unlawfully taken her mobile phone and iPad from her home. Simone was also forced to tell the password of her devices to the police despite it was denied by the prosecution in court today. The lawyer is following up the situation at the moment.
