TSS is already very rare as is (affecting 1-3 per 100,000 people who menstruate) and you will not have any problems so long as you maintain good hygiene down there and remember to change menstrual products often / as needed

Also it's worth noting that some people genuinely can't use tampons or cups because of medical conditions like vaginismus which makes insertion of any kind very painful! Something to consider before instantly judging if someone says they can't use tampons / cups

Medical malpractice is so fucking rampant. Doctors who straight up don't give a shit. Companies charging you absurd rates for hardly doing anything. And our taxes aren't going towards shit to help with any of that.
