To the crying Liberals complaining about the J6 pardons, I want to explain something. Per the constitution, specifically the 6th amendment, no J6 person should have been charged with a crime or held in prison, period. The moment the J6 committee destroyed evidence, the J6r's had their civil rights violated, via they lost the right to a FAIR TRIAL. For the crime of destroying evidence, Joe Biden pardoned the J6 committee, among who knows what other crimes they may have committed. In America our constitution states a person is Innocent until proven Guilty. As the J6 committee destroyed or withheld video evidence, they had the ability to swing trials in the favor of their choosing. Considering there is still video evidence being withheld from the public, no J6r has received a fair trial. How can I say that? Because the 6th amendment also says we have a right to a public trial. If there are video's being withheld, then that means video that could potentially clear J6R's names were also withheld from those hearings/trials. Also, Per the 6th Amendment, there are several J6rs that have been locked up without having been to trial. Their civil rights were, once again violated, as the 6th entitles every American Citizen the right to a speedy trial. What does all this mean? It means those judges were corrupt for allowing any trials to happen, given the destruction of evidence and the civil rights violations against these people. Federal Law 18 U.S.C. § 1519 "Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both." We the people demand accountability of our politicians and federal judges!
