@united paid extra for seats to sit together etc. on intl flight. now due to mechanical issue we’re on new flight. we aren’t able to sit together after paying for it, bags not making it to destination until we get there and request them?

@united I went to check in to my flight and someone on my reservation has the tsa precheck but it won’t add to the ticket. All info is correct. Can you help us with this ?

@AAACares two diff companies got here at the same time to tow my car. The app had me resubmit my request (act timed out or something) so prob why two drivers showed up. confusing and not much info is given to customers to verify who’s on their way to tow.
