We were checked in at Nagpur airport by a young lady who had a badge informing customers that she could neither hear or speak yet her service was impeccable. The colour of this country is more than visual and the UK could learn a lot! indigo states it’s faith in girl power!

Fraught morning. Tensions running high. Throw in a manic load 3 year old who came to clinic with his mum. 2 high fives later and an emergency balloon made from an inflated glove all consultants calmed and atmosphere transformed. The power of children!
