Today was the Northeast Delta Dental Race to the top of Vermont -- running and biking up Mt. Mansfied in Stowe. I did the "running" segment, which for me was a fast hike. Great camaraderie. Raises funds for the Tooth Tudor program / VT Head Start, and the Catamount Trail Assoc

Loon Mountain Race on Sunday, July 8. I'm just going to take it slow. NEDD sponsors the Upper Walking Boss, last section of the race. Gets timed separately in addition to the overall race. Lots of elite athletes will be present. Just hoping I'm not last!

Last night the Arthritis Foundation Leadership meeting at Two Delta. We are already planning the Jingle Bell Runs later this year, which raise funds for arthritis research. Over 282,00 adults in NH have arthritis (doctor diagnosed) and over 1300 children under 18 are afflicted
