Meditate It's an underrated skill Personally I use Headspace and would highly recommend

@gagenayak @thedankoe Been there It's important to remind yourself where you came from. Look back on your old goals and dreams. Remember what it felt like Be grateful for everything you have now Easy to get caught up chasing the next thing .... Don't do forget to go do some donuts in the truck

@tailopez I see w/ my friends it's a comfort thing kids, get promoted, big house They just chill, watch movies & sports Relax & consume instead of get out there Bro, we used to work 40hrs/wk during highschool, party till 4am every Fri and Saturday, plus hit the gym & play sports

"hacks" don't really exist Often luck, unrepeatable Only real hacks: out work everyone else Take responsibility for every fuck up Hit the biggest problems first Focus on growth Delegate maintenance tasks Assume everything can be improved

@tishray Easy trick when eating out that can make a big difference I call "one better" Just for everything you eat go one better Example, instead of burger, fries, and a coke Get a wrap or lettuce wrap burger, water/coffee/tea

Unfortunately, Waking up early holds a big key to success
1. Get up at 6am 2. Put your phone away 3. Do 3 hours of deep work 4. Have all your tasks done by 9am Then do whatever you want with the rest of your day.
