Editorial Director @penguinusa I own two pair of work pants and thousands of books. Sounds like a good ratio. The thoughts herein are mine and mine alone.

@FXRegan Oh that is a tough choice. But if you really want to intimidate an author, think about this: Forsyth decided to write thrillers and the first two he wrote were these. Incredible!

@AnneSwan I'd love to hear them. In fact, maybe I should crowdsource what questions authors most want to have answered.

@SevenXtrem68 @MarioNawfal Of course a judge can tell the other branches when they are acting unconstitutionally. It's called separation of powers. If you thought that the judicial branch couldn't "interfere" with the inner workings of the other two branches, what did you think their job was?

@JDVance It's called "separation of powers." It's in the Constitution. That's why you might not be familiar with it.

@lucystone1871 @acnewsitics But Lucy, government works typically pays less than the private sector specifically because it offers more stability.

I always go to Google to doublecheck these claims because they seem impossible to believe. This one is true. Despite all his other bestial behavior, I can't think of anything more autocratic than this. How long before we're all required to have a Trump portrait in our homes?
Trump just terminated the Chair of the Kennedy Center and has installed himself as the new chair. He says he will now be dictating the institution’s “art and culture” and says it “must reflect” what he chooses.

@lexfridman Where's the transparency with Trump and Musk? The former has never released his tax returns unlike every other politician and the latter is completely conflicted. How much grant money does Space X get from the govt? What about Tesla?

@elonmusk Oh thank God, President Musk is an expert on military tactics as well as infrastructure, foreign aid, education, and labor relations. The good news is that we'll be able to colonize Mars when he leaves Earth a smoking ruin.

@Acyn Why in the world would you ever want a government to run like a business? That's glib and stupid. A business is there to make money--period. A government exists for the benefit of its people. That involves spending money that might not have an immediate or even medium run return.

@BookJawns_ Both of the books were good. So was the first movie. It's all been downhill since then.
