@Bkitch1Bodie Fwiw... Burrus corn observation team has seen zero evidence that lower populations might significantly impact tar spot severity.

@Bkitch1Bodie We do run hybrid population studies that get close observation. I will interview our staff to see if they can help you.

@Bkitch1Bodie Our studies and hybrid ratings would indicate there are definitely differences in tar spot tolletences between hybrids. The hybrids that adapt best to moderate populations are not necessarily most tolerant. I suggest hybrid selection and fungicide treatment if needed as bmp.
