@Cookunity While I have your attention, could you consider a reusable reheating lid that is oven safe as well? A LOT of the meals come out much better if covered with aluminum foil first, I think having a reusable and washable oven safe lid would be a real win.

@lectricebikes i guess if I tag the right Lectric it would help. I talked to support and he thinks it was damaged in shipping and sending me a replacement latch, but just wondering if maybe I'm just doing something wrong.

@ionos_help_US You also can't read apparently. We are not a customer, you guys are on Spamhaus' blacklist. Spamhaus can't do anything about it, we can't do anything about it, nobody can except for your team. You need to fix the spam issues and submit for blacklist removal.
