The new items do not work with the old masc items. You cannot wear masc toggles of sleeves and heels, that means you have to wear the fem ones if you want to wear the TTYL bodice, sleeves or the swan glows and possibly new set/sets.

And again, if you want to wear any advent items as a masc you will be limited to just fem sleeves and heels.
