@jakeberv In a new thread, I got 3/8 responses that were clearly biased, 2/8 that claimed everyone BUT white men were good scientists, 1/8 that claimed everyone was a good scientist, and 3/8 that were weird mixes. So I don't think it is quite as clear as the thread implies

@cricketcrocker recognizing that feeling defensive/fragile about something is a sign that I shouldn’t blurt out the first thing that comes to mind, but instead need to save that conversation/idea/thread to revisit later helped me get to a place where I could learn much more productively
