@braddgriffith from your own website. Drove 3 hours. Were promised twice tickets were guaranteed. Finally your people said they couldn’t fulfill the request. Take down the guarantee if you can’t honor it. Worst sports experience we’ve ever had.

@CenterPoint my meter was replaced yesterday at some point and we were not notified. The gas was turned off we woke up this morning with no hot water. Why were we not notified and why was the gas left off?
