There’s some merit in describing Solskjaer as a school teacher. The best teachers were always the ones you’d have a laugh with & get support from, but they’d also give you a rollicking when you misbehaved. They facilitated learning by having fun, yet instilled discipline.

I completely back Solskjaer remaining in-charge. There are no available suitable alternatives, & a caretaker from within would have the same issues. But, it’s my view that to stand a chance of turning it round, he simply has to revert to the team & tactics of last season. Now.
