I was in a bad place mentally today. But I got up, and I drove the furthest into the city I have ever gone, and back at night and I’m so fucking proud of myself for that. I have horrible driving anxiety. But even in a bad place I did it. I need to give myself more credit.

I will never be model skinny, but I have really been working hard on a healthier lifestyle and diet and I do think I’m finally losing weight slowly but surely. This is the first time I haven’t felt disgusting in my swim suit for a while. Might all be in my head, but eh 😂😂

Since my medication has caused significant hair loss for me, I’ve started using nicer shampoo and conditioner and embracing my natural hair to avoid more heat damage. I hope it helps with the thinning 🤞🏼🖤
