Cowboy Carter wasn’t a good album. It had a few great songs but overall the album had no thump. Many of the songs like YaYa and SHB are all over the place. Beyoncé tried to use the same musical gimmicks and ghost marketing strategy as Renaissance but it didn’t work this time.
