almost a 100lb difference. i couldn’t breathe, my chronic illness flare ups were worse, could only swim bc i couldn’t walk far, now i walk 1-5 miles a day.

1. i did it naturally
2. as a SHORT curve model that was confident at every size, i genuinely did it because i am chronically ill & had a major scare in march & was in the hospital
3. the discipline is getting harder & harder everyday 💀

i was scared to post before and afters because i didn’t want anyone to make assumptions but i’m REALLY just proud of myself……. look at how many steps i was taking per day last year compared to steps per day this year….. i let all my chronic illnesses take over me. not anymore.
