Was so lovely to welcome @EHMacGregor to @BCUHELS today.. Wonderful thought provoking seminar for our trainees around musical vulnerability. So, so important in a post-covid world as well as important in the context of the vast range and diversity of schools in the West Mids!

Massive thank you to Thomas Regelski for also giving us 'musicianism': the unethical tendency to over-privilege the musical outcomes over the pupils' inclusion or healthy relationship with the subject ('just stand at the back and mouth the words, you're singing out of tune' etc.)
