Here's how I proved them wrong:
When I joined the startup world, I thought it needed to be fast.
But I realized that the majority confuses fast with rush.
Until product-market fit is reached, you have all the time in the world.
Be fast only after you know what to do.
I've now Tweeted 94 days in a row.
And reached 550+ followers.
Here are 3 simple things I do in my weekends:
1. Plan and write my content for the week
2. Network with 3-4 likeminded people daily
3. Share at least 7 business learnings weekly
What's your way?
The first step in targeting an audience is making 5 assumptions:
1. They don't know you
2. They don't know what you offer
3. They don't know how you deliver
4. They don't have time
5. They have high school education
That's the best starting point.
"Work ON your business, not IN your business."
BAD.
"Work IN your business then ON the business."
GOOD.
Strategic vision (work on your business) can be achieved only if you know exceptionally well the problems in the business.
What's your approach?
You don't need more money to scale your business.
Go find the 3-Ps:
• Patterns in operations to automate
• Partners that are not your competitors
• Problems unsolved but linked to your offer
Use your mind, not your wallet.
Business innovation is a marathon,
sustainability is king:
• you're not a "hero" if you work 90h per week.
• you're not a "loser" if you have hot showers.
• you're not "lazy" if you wake up after 6am.
Stop listening gurus. Start knowing yourself.
How to be a slave of X in 2024:
1. Post 3 times per day
2. One long form per day
4. 100 comments per day
5. Listen to what gurus say
You're not in a factory line.
Be yourself.

Scaling Your Business 101:
Leaders don’t want growth.
They want leverage.
Leaders don’t need more sales.
They need stable margins.
Leaders don’t hire now for yesterday's needs.
They hire now for needs they'll have in 6 months.
True scaling is empowering, not burning out.
Marketing talks to people, not strangers.
Sales understand people, not prospects.
Operations serve people, not clients.
Business is people, not results.

Starting a business is like your first muscle-up:
1. Skills alone are not enough
2. Mindset alone is not enough
3. Strength alone is not enough
4. Resilience alone is not enough
5. Being explosive alone is not enough
You won't cross that bar until you have all five.
Understanding the difference between wants and needs is what makes you sell on value and not on price.
A want is something that is nice but not essential.
A need is something that is essential.
Separate value between the two.
If you can't differentiate on product, you can always differentiate on:
- Acquisition
- Operations
- Storytelling
Same products processed differently can lead to outstanding results.

• How difficult is it to get out
• How easy is it to go back
How do you manage them?
Systems and automation won't fix your productivity.
Before fixing the how to do it, you should know what to do.
Productivity is about reducing the time to impact.
Make sure you head toward the right direction first.
3 minutes are what it takes to enter in a mental flows.
Just take action and don't think when you need to get in.
Just repeatedly say NO to yourself to protect that state.

This is how I solved this problem when I was in consulting:
1. Learned to work out without equipment
2. Reduced session time from 40 to 20 minutes
3. Increased the number of sessions per week from 3 to 6
