My Grandma spent her last few (of many) years suffering with Dementia. She died just before Christmas and at her funeral this week my Dad read this poem he had written reflecting on the impact of the disease. 💔

Round 3 GM Run Half Marathon . Did the very first GM Run back in 2003 - that’s been a fast 20 years - think I ended up doing 12 consecutive years of it cos it’s such a great event and lovely atmosphere - perfectly Mancunian . Have a good one if you’re out there running today
