The Regulated and Other Activities (Mandatory Reporting of Child Sexual Abuse) Private Members Bill is due its second reading in the House of Lords today. The bill proposes to put the mandatory reporting of child abuse into law. This is one of the IICSA recommendations and is an issue we are advocating for in our manifesto.
