@salemstonedd i keep trigger foods out of the house & have low cal/high volume food & diet pop to fill me up. also i smoke before bed so i try to keep food out of my room & to not leave my room unless i absolutely have to so im not tempted

my dr prescribed me ferrous fumarate (strongest iron supplement; i’m not supposed to take it anymore). so idk if i should just eat more iron???
