For our management services: These services are not open to be applied to and are strictly invite only. We specifically hand select each creator we propose an offer of our management services to. We strive to build a strong personal and professional relationship with each creator in our network. We understand that not every creator is the same and not every creator has the same goals. By keeping our network invite only we can insure each creator we bring on gets the proper hands on, detailed experience they deserve. Our end goal is to have a long lasting relationship with all of our creators and to help them achieve their goals, while taking heavy workload off their back so that they can continue doing what they do best, CREATING CONTENT!📈 For creator brand deals: This is also invite only. We hand select each creator we think will align perfectly with the brands we are working with. We prioritize the strong creators in our network first, then our curated list of the top performing, high converting creators outside of our network📲 We are always looking for new creators to bring on board but our spots are super limited. What are 5 things UGC agency’s and the brands we work with look for when selecting creators for our campaigns? 1. We look for a creator who knows how to talk on camera naturally without making it look forced. 2. Good examples on social media. When we are looking for creators we usually only select creators who have good examples on the top of their social media pages that reflect our goal with the brand we will pair them with. If we have to dig through your page for the examples we want to see, most brands or agency’s will just move on to the next creator. 3. We can tell which creators are authentic and creative versus the creators who just copy the top creators. Don’t be that creator that just copies the top creators. We see it and it’s an immediate red flag. 4. We look for creators who have aesthetic visuals, good lighting, and backgrounds. If your room is painted in a dark color and the background looks messy we will avoid working with you. Find a place in your house with a good background and great lighting. Or just try to make your filming space more visually appealing. It makes a huge difference. 5. VERSATILITY!!! We always prefer to work with a few select of creators because it makes everyone’s life easier. If you are a creator that clearly shows you create good content in any niche, we will do anything to establish a relationship with you because we would prefer to work with 1 creator we can count on to do anything versus picking 10 different creators for each project.
