I unexpectedly found out I was having a child at 22. I was a single-dad shortly thereafter.
I thought my life was ruined.
I was supposed to be the “successful one” from my family.
The first to go to college.
So many dreams, goals, and aspirations.
And here I was having a son
It took four tries, but I did it.
I completed 75 Hard.
I battled through a broken leg, COVID, and a gnarly concussion.
150 workouts. 150+ miles walked.
750+ pages read.
75+ gallons of water.
75 progress pictures.
Not a drop of alcohol or a cheat meal.
75 days straight.
I cannot stop thinking about this quote below from
@Casey
I have a goal EXACTLY like this.
No one cares about it - at all. It doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things and my life would likely be no different without it.
But I care. I have to do it. I have to chase it.
My son will be 5 in 2 months, yet he still likes to be held/carried a lot.
My first reaction was to say no and tell him he’s too old to be carried.
Then, I realized there will be a day (soon) where he doesn’t want me to pick him up anymore, and I will have held him for the last
My site just crossed 6 months old and it did nearly 600 clicks yesterday alone 😳
I was celebrating 10 clicks not long ago, with a goal of 50 clicks a day...

My biggest single-day yet!
Only been on Ezoic (or monetized at all) for 13 days.
Biggest day before this was $6.66 and before that was about $4-5.
Only 30ish posts on this site.
“Bill Gates at Dick’s Burgers waiting in line to place his order. When you’re worth $95 billion, casually dressed, you don’t need “swag” to prove you’re rich. He also stands in line like the rest of us, for a burger, fries & drink. That’s how real winners behave” -Hadley Starkey

The chapter about

new book Richer, Wiser, Happier is absolutely fantastic.
That one chapter alone is worth buying the book.
I chat with

I know some financial influencers hate on credit cards, but I personally love them.
Never pay a penny of interest and earned nearly $650 in cash back over the past few months for doing nothing.
Credit cards are a tool.
When used correctly, they can be powerful.
What just happened to my site 😳
Brand new, fresh domain, started from scratch end of September 2022
Was just checking GSC before bed and saw a massive spike… seems one page impressions and clicks are up huge, but ranking is the same.

I'm curious to see how much growth this program provides and what the quality of the subscribers is.
For me, quality = open rate (for now)

It means you only do the work you like

We received a ton of great feedback from Part 1, so I'm excited to share Part 2 of this two-part series with
@PrestonPysh
all about Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
Listen to part 2 here:
You don’t have to build a billion dollar business or own thousands of units to change your life.
An extra $2,000-$5,000+/month is life-changing for many people.
New daily all-time high for my site.
I have been slacking on this site this month. Only 1 post in April and it wasn't even written for SEO/organic search traffic.
A bit surprised to see it growing with my lack of work on it.
Saw a lot of real estate guys on Twitter pile into this stock during the SVB issues.
I am not happy anyone lost money, but it’s absolutely fascinating how people view and approach the stock market and real estate so differently.

The difference between school and life is…
In school, you're taught a lesson and then given a test.
In life, you're given a test that teaches you a lesson.
What is house hacking?
In its simplest form, house hacking is when you purchase a property, live in a portion of it, and rent out the remaining area with the goal of reducing or eliminating your living expenses.
Think:
Mortgage: $2K
Rental Income: $1.3K
Your Portion: $700
@realEstateTrent
No, but wouldn’t do it again if I could go back.
At a minimum, I’d do it different
(What I did: MBA double major in finance and accounting, BSBA in finance and economics, CMA designation)
Idk who needs to hear this, but you’re not overwhelmed.
You are lazy and unorganized.
Wake up earlier.
Get an agenda.
Create a routine.
Create boundaries. Say no.
Stick to your schedule.
Write down AND adhere to your deadlines.
YOU are standing in your own way.
