In case you missed, the new #PuckJunkPodcast came out this weekend. As always a whole bunch of stuff including a retro review of the 1974-75 hockey offerings from Topps/OPC. Check it out on YouTube with chapters so you can skip the parts where I talk.

@dpansportscards Weber was first ballot so Keith should be too logically. But that's a tough list of first-ballot guys; Price, Spezza, Chara, Tuukka, Jumbo Joe, Getzlaf...I'm probably forgetting someone. Not to mention the host of other guys still hanging on. Only 4 can go so I don't know.

@yanxchick A6: An app that can search the entire world for all the cards you're looking for & then every morning you get a list for the best deals & how to get them. Like your realtor does for you when you are looking to buy a house. #cardchat

@yanxchick A5: I'm not sure an app is necessary. Everything you use on the internet basically give you recommendations on what you look at. Ebay especially. Is that AI? Maybe I don't understand some broader definition of AI? I grew up in the 80s. My AI knowledge I learned from Hollywood.

@yanxchick A4: Wouldn't utilizing AI to predict anything basically put us both directly in the Matrix & Minority Report at the same time? AI is garbage in/garbage out. It relies on data it can find & report. If that data is flawed or only tells part of a story, the result is inaccurate.

@yanxchick A2: All of them so far because I have yet to see it put to good use that works. The AI generated card images are silly, the AI generated eBay listings are atrocious, AI can't pull comps, it can't do research, it can't facilitate trades and sales. It's just a toy at this point.
