@exfatloss Can you show me any data that suggests eating PUFAs leads to a negative change to an important biomarker?

I’m in Bali. Great villa. Quiet, rice fields in view and incredible air conditioning. I’ve been very productive with writing, catching up with friends and staying active. Last night the power went off at 4.30am, and the bedroom heated to close to 32 degrees C, removing me from deep sleep. I woke and lay confused in a pool of sweat. I left one longevity protocol (deep sleep) and immediately entered another (sauna). I hope the air conditioning is fixed soon.

@vikings129 @foundmyfitness I’m of the same view. Trying to find data that isn’t looking at extreme heat and crazy heating durations like 24 hours + which isn’t how most people use it

Have you seen low-carb carnivore folks citing the Maasai as support of their dietary choices? Interesting new paper below that looks at this. P.S I spent time with the Hadza and Maasai last year...their diet (at least on the handful of days I was with them) was NOT what you often see in social medias. "This discrepancy illustrates that the traditional diet and cardiovascular health profile of the Maasai are not generalizable to modern populations that follow meat-based diets."
