i think our veils are actually not supposed to be lacy and transparent, that's a modern problem. they're supposed to be opaque, solid, and cover all of the head except the face
is it just me, or are u guys also seeing an uptick in head-covering among Christian women?
i’ve noticed it across denominations, although catholics/orthos seem to prefer a more traditional veil and protestants lean towards a modern bandana style. i wonder what’s causing it.

i always veil at my parish and no one bats an eye! its your own decision and you should absolutely veil at church 🤍

EO-born orthodox are really kind people. especially the ones from greece and eastern europe. the ones you see on here bashing catholics are typically ex-protestants who are still spiritually protestant
