After a brief Christmas Day rest, our gardens are back open - and to say ‘thank you’ for your overwhelming support in our opening year, we’re offering complimentary admission for the rest of 2019 🍃 Last entry is 3.30pm.
HARVEST 🌾 27-29 Sept. Our Threshing Barn is all dressed up for this weekend’s Harvest Celebration - where we gather, share & feast during our most abundant time of year. Book onto our daily Sharing Lunches or Saturday night Harvest Supper, with live music & edible displays.
Our hotel & restaurants are temporarily closed. However, our acres of farmland & gardens are still producing, so we plan to keep the local community fed with fresh nutritious foods. We are sowing, growing, planting. Our Farm Shop is open, with strict limits on visitor numbers🍎

Local community update: We are carrying out essential restoration works on the old factory near Castle Cary train station. The original chimney structure has started to become unsound, so we need to dismantle the top and carefully restore it in order to extend its life.
