On the video you see only two actions: moving and performing a ranged attack. Behind the scenes there's Recruit hiring, creating the Map for a game. All of these ^ are on-chain, the state lives on chain, the game logic is too. So the frontend can actually be replaced with anything: say, a 2D version (I last year) or even a CLI client. As to TPS, given that on Sui state is represented as objects, two users playing against each other shouldn't really care about TPS or other players playing. Ideally, they won't even know they're playing on a chain at all

@tantaofsui It's live on inventory and recruits are currently not connected, but the Move engine supports Weapons, upgrades and equipping Armor
