Pretty simple. If you are giving breastmilk only, don't give water until 6 months. It's just our personal judgement on the way adults drink water. Breastmilk quenches thirst too. If you have low breastmilk supply, get our range of lactation products.

Please put your baby to breast as soon as possible, preferably immediately after delivery. Do lots of skin to skin. Nurse as much as 10 to 12 times daily in the first few weeks.
