Last I checked ~90% of new producers don’t make it. After speaking with over 500+ producers in the last 4 years… I’m convinced it’s not from lack of effort or desire on the producer end. It’s a lack of direction and training on the agency end. This needs to change.

Learn to let unorganized prospects walk. If they can’t get you what you need: - Policies - Loss runs - Financials - Driver Lists Or whatever else, let them go. No sense in trying to save a sinking ship. They’ll just pull you (and all your time) down with them.
