Cade Marlowe back. Honestly not shocked - given age and performance last year in AAA. Still, emergency depth for the org with him staying put.

@jgrenn Yeah I don’t see it as sales are very down. Behind, maybe. But it’s a common place sales practice to utilize SMS.

@MarinerMuse Yeah it’s not. It’s a proactive strategy to get people in. Nobody answers the phone anymore - primary sales techniques are email and SMS. The tone was just not great for time and place.

@TheeNelDog To an extent maybe. I’ve worked for good products and bad ones. It’s still a smart strategy to utilize SMS when nobody answers the phone anymore. Tone, on the other hand, was one I wouldn’t have chosen. Like I said, read the room.

Listen - I personally would’ve read the room prior to the formatting of how they sent the texts. But it’s the business side of the organization using technology to push sales, that’s about it. I get people getting mad - but it doesn’t really rile me up tbh.
