🧵 As we hope for a more peaceful 2025, this thread aims to clarify the identities of Palestinians killed in Judea and Samaria (‘West Bank’) by Israeli security forces. The false claim that Israel targets innocent civilians is spread by those with malintent and accepted by some well-meaning individuals unaware of critical context. If trends continue, 2025 will see Palestinian minors, indoctrinated to glorify ‘martyrdom,’ joining terror groups and dying while attempting to kill Israelis. Those who conceal critical information and remain silent about a culture that teaches young Palestinians to glorify death over life cannot genuinely claim to care about their well-being.

If you truly cared about the heartbreaking events David referenced, your response would have been different. You could have said something like, “The images of the three released hostages are heartbreaking and sickening. Hamas is wicked.” Instead, you’re stalling. Meanwhile, you continue to demand the release of your friend’s daughter, who was arrested—not ‘abducted,’ as you claim. She openly supports U.S.-designated terrorist groups and was lawfully detained.

From left to right: A Palestinian “singer,” an infamous “YouTuber,” and a Hamas terrorist. • The “singer”: A Hamas supporter who gleefully shared this photo; he has a GoFundMe campaign raising money to “rebuild his home” in Gaza. • The “YouTuber:” A Hamas-linked operative and crisis actor, Saleh Aljafarawi, who gained notoriety as “Mr. FAFO” after filming himself celebrating rocket attacks on October 7, only to later cry when Israel retaliated. He has posed as a radiologist, a first responder, a singer, and even a reporter wearing Press gear.

Marc Lamont Hill repeatedly defends a jailed supporter of terrorism, Shaden Quos. The “Afro-Palestinian,” is a self-proclaimed supporter of Hamas and the PFLP (as shown in screenshots from her Facebook page). Meanwhile, Marc refuses to advocate for Avera Mengistu, an Afro-Israeli who has been held captive by Hamas since 2014. Mengistu struggles with mental health issues, entered Gaza, and has been held hostage by the terror group for over a decade. Why, @marclamonthill?

@marclamonthill She supports terror, Marc. Care to address her affinity for leaders of U.S.-designated terror organizations? Hamas’ Yahya Sinwar and PFLP senior member Khalida Jarrar?

Are we talking about the same Shaden Qous who openly supports terrorist organizations? The same Shaden Qous who posted on Facebook the will of Yahya Sinwar, the late Hamas architect of the October 7th massacre, referring to him as a ‘martyr’? The same Shaden Qous who publicly praises PFLP leader Khalida Jarrar?

Are we talking about the same Shaden Qous who openly supports terrorist organizations—at least those designated as such by the country you live in, Marc? The same Shaden Qous who publicly praises PFLP leader Khalida Jarrar?

Shaden is a wonderful and brilliant student, and future attorney, who was abducted by Israeli armed forces. She and the other women must be released immediately!!!

The same Shaden Qous who publicly praises PFLP leader Khalida Jarrar? Shaden was first placed under house arrest and has since been imprisoned—just as terrorists and criminals are. Hostages, like those released today from Gaza, innocent human beings, were ‘abducted’. Shaden was arrested. If a terror supporter were arrested in New York, would you claim she was ‘abducted’ as well? Would she qualify as a ‘wonderful student’?

Hamas took him and his brother hostage. They butchered his wife and daughters in their home’s safe room at Kibbutz Be’eri. They dragged him to Gaza, starved him, tortured him, and dehumanized him for 491 days. When the time finally came for his release, Hamas forced him, under duress, to smile and cheer on camera—a grotesque display of psychological torment. Then, in front of a roaring crowd, a Hamas terrorist gleefully announced that his brother Yossi had died in captivity, met with thunderous applause. Skeletal, they paraded him like a trophy, shoving him before a jeering mob of Gazans and forcing him to speak. His captor asked how he was feeling. His answer: “I feel very, very happy today to return to my family and friends, to my wife and my daughters.” He was still unaware that his wife and daughters had already been slaughtered by the same monsters orchestrating his humiliation. Hamas is the representation of pure, unfiltered evil. Evil like this must be wiped from the face of the earth.

You, Senator Schumer, spent more time criticizing the Israeli government in the months after October 7 than you did holding Hamas and its financiers accountable. In the final days of the Biden administration, Blinken himself admitted that every time pressure was placed on Israel, Hamas was emboldened, making the release of hostages even harder. You will always be remembered for your shameful actions. Whether driven by ideology or a calculated effort to appease Arab American voters in the lead-up to the 2024 elections, I cannot say. But you have completely destroyed your reputation. You represent everything that is wrong with politics today. Resign.

We will never stop the URGENT work to bring all the hostages home from their brutal captivity at the hands of Hamas.

For Israel, there’s no going back. No country can tolerate the re-emergence of a terror state along its border. Every ceasefire has been used to rearm, and every concession has been exploited. The status quo isn’t tolerable, and it will only end if a strong enough leader acknowledges that the same failed recipe is an existential threat to Israel, the region, the Palestinians themselves, and U.S. national security. Thanks to President Trump, the two-state delusion may well be over.
