Emotions are extremely high at the moment all round but I still maintain we have the best people to help us turn the tide. What Brad, Shannon and Joe have done for this club is absolutely phenomenal! Yes we aren’t atall where any of us want to be currently but we need to remember where we were before these people came in to help us. We can all be excused for being massively upset at the moment but I genuinely still believe in what they are trying to do and I really feel eventually it will come good! #Gills #GFC

@AllyBayliss Someone can't be immune from criticism just because they're new to a role. Brad laid out a 5 year plan to get into into the championship. If he's employed JC as MD, that's a major role in achieving his goal and it's not going well at the moment.

What support do the players receive off the pitch with their lives? Do they receive coaching, guidance, support from a whole person perspective that sees the 168 hours a week as opposed to just 90 minutes within that? The reason behind these questions are that: If each player is not building character e.g. building and growing their own authentic mindset as a person. . . that will have an impact on them establishing a presence, being present, becoming productive and performing to a level. . . where if they aren’t thinking, believing, and knowing they are League One people in life. . . they won’t perform as League Two footballers desiring to play in League One. . . and if they all aren’t it means the team won’t. Building Character. . . if it was easy everybody would be doing it. Hope this makes sense and apologises for the length of message. Work the problem. It can be solved 👍 Up the Gills!!💙

Embarrassed. Despondent. Frustrated. All I can take away from that is I am so proud and thankful for the brave souls who travelled I don’t know how many hours to support us. We are still Gillingham FC. We are still a tight community of people who want to be proud of our team. We are clearly not even close to that right now. Gotta figure this out.
