Victims are scrutinised more than perps, cases are pre-judged on myths & other misconceptions, cases often take years, low charging rates, the list goes on.

Rape has been decriminalised. Let's not beat around the bush with 'it has been "effectively" decriminalised' when it has so evidently been. In the UK men can rape with impunity. The bulk of convictions made are for cases of stranger rape (90% are committed by someone known prior)
