I’ve been so consistent with my (minimum) 10k steps a day and I feel amazing!

painted pottery for the first time today, I used to take actual pottery classes in grade school but getting to just paint was so therapeutic. I’ll never stop shouting it from the roof tops: I love 4th year! 🥹

peace that surpasses all understanding (Phil. 4:7) holds such a new value in my life these days, I’ve never been more at peace, more content with my life than I am now. so very thankful to be where I am right now; mentally, spiritually, emotionally.
