Real estate is that sector after you're done with the payment for your property, you still have to run after Omo onile that has no say on the property, at the end of the day, you still have to sort them and pay some fees.
Lekki is worse than Mainland in omo onile matter o The omo onile in Lekki are even big boys with office and big cars. Some even richer than you. Na you go go their office go wait before they attend to you. They have “field boys” that go to sites but their Ogas are big people that you may not even be able to look in the face. You will even be begging them to negotiate. I doubt you can pay less than N10m omo onile fee for any project between Lekki I and Jakande. With begging you may pay N5m in from Igbo Efon to Chevron. We negotiated from N7m to N4.5m for pur Igbo Egon project last year.
