TCIS Track Indoor Results: CHS Varsity Boys received the Sportsmanship award Armani Chance was named the Girls Top Overall Athlete. She won 4 events & set a meet record in 2! Fernando Olivar Joa was named the Boys Field Event MVP Varsity Girls & Boys placed 2nd overall.

Congrats to Athlete of the Week, Irene Stedje-Larsen, Varsity Swimming! Irene placed 1st in the 100 breastroke and 2nd in the 500 freestyle, earning state qualifying times in both. She also achieved a state qualifying time in the 50 freestyle as a leadoff in a 2nd place relay.

Athletes of the Week: Niko Cochran & Carson Norton, Wrestling! "Carson and Niko both went 4-1 at the Redskin Dual at Manteo HS. With a limited lineup the CRU had to bump everyone up a weight class to be competitive in the dual meet format and they both excelled." #CRUpride
