I’ve learned to use it to get better at what I do. → I act on feedback immediately → I use it to improve every day → I don’t take it personally, I focus on what I can do better Even with years of experience in this space, I still learn something new every day. And that’s what keeps me going. I used to think I had it all figured out, but the more feedback I get, the better I become. The key is never thinking you’re done learning.
