zkSync DAO | [GAP-2] Adopt The SEAL Safe Harbor Agreement As a public delegate for @TheZKNation, I vote For. I fully support the adoption of the Whitehat Safe Harbor Agreement. Having whitehats as an additional safeguard for the protocol would enhance its security over time. There are many skilled individuals in the industry who would engage with the protocol if we adopt the SEAL Agreement. One aspect that remains questionable for me is the interception only during the exploit phase. In some cases, it might be too late. However, we have to work with what we have. Additionally, the KYC requirement for whitehats is another point of discussion. Hackers value their privacy, and not many are willing to go public. This part of the proposal might reduce engagement from a number of whitehats.
