Yr 11 student Lewis was in town last week following an exam when he passed a pregnant lady who had suddenly became unwell. He helped her and stayed with her until the ambulance arrived. Suffolk Police said "He was awesome and a credit to our community, his parents and school too

We are delighted to announce that we are the thirteenth school in the whole country and the only one in this region to have been awarded the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools 'School Mental Health Award '- Gold Status.

Day 5: Such a strange week. The building is so quiet without everyone but there have been lots of positives and we end on the lovely news that Mr Alexander's wife gave birth to a baby boy today.

What a start to the term!! Testing centre up and running and staff tested. Keyworker students to be tested next. Lessons for students in school and at home are running as normal. All lessons will be 'live from Monday. I am so proud of our staff.

All our students who agreed to be tested (over 90%) have had their first test. Thankfully no positive results.
The second round of tests start tomorrow. The students have been outstanding and the testing team are wonderful.

Our first Friday Shout Out! of 2022 has to be our Testing Team! This team is made up of staff from all departments who have mastered this mass operation, testing all our students across 2 days to ensure we had a safe return yesterday. Thank you all for your efforts!!

over 80% of Year 10 in and 95% of Year 12 came in for their timetables lessons.
