Love God, love you family (wife then children/then extended), love your neighbor/church, love your community, love your country (you can be a pastor and a patriot, a Christian and a Citizen), then love the stranger. If any in your closest circle are not saved do all you can to love them to Christ (1 Tim. 5:8).

If you don’t like it here you can move. Instead of trying to make the USA a third world country you should just move to a third world country since it appears that is what you want. I’ll volunteer to help you pack. Afghanistan? Iran? Lots of choices. And those countries are already LGBTQ friendly. 😃

@Protestia Depends on the situation. Likely can be done without interrupting a worship service but if you are dealing with a known dangerous criminal might well worth it for the sake of safety.

@krishk @JDVance @RoryStewartUK You are confused as a termite in a yo-yo and need to get your Bible reading and your Jesus in proper "order." Your understanding of what Jesus taught needs context. Context is a great tool if you know how to use it. It would seem that you don't know how to use it.

@lostmyhats This is well said. Sissy preachers are a blight on the entire Christian enterprise and there are far too many of them. I said in another post/context that I have seen far too many preachers lose their families over caving to the silly demands of narcissistic church members over serving and loving their families. But this really takes it to a whole new level, that you would have difficulty deciding whether to protect your wife from an attacker. Piper lost his way. He is a sissy, there is no other word to describe such despicable and deplorable concepts.

Depends. Good son or the bad one? LOL. There is no question which one. But not a choice anyone wants to face. Take care of your own first. I have seen many pastors lose their family because they wrongly chose serving church member demands over setting the right example in caring for their own family.
