Hello followers old and new! A little thread about me: I am currently two books into a dark & gritty epic fantasy series with mutants, magic, contagion, and multiple POVs who are forced to band together to survive after a rather grim turn of events.

@soppystern I am a cis male and I was once asked by an NHS worker if there was any chance I could be pregnant before an examination. I smiled, said ‘no’, and got on with my day, but I guess my life must be more interesting and fulfilling than yours. Grow up.

I try to do this most years but couldn’t last one because I was enjoying the Dia De Muertos festival in Mexico, so I will have a few more people to catch up with than usual. Hope everyone else has a pleasant evening however they celebrate (or don’t) 🎃 🍂

Insomnia sufferers: as we all know there is no miracle ‘cure’ but supplement wise I have recently adopted this combo and been finding it very helpful. (Although FYI; you shouldn’t take the one on the left if you take anti-depressants as it contains 5HTP)

If you are really concerned about your testosterone levels go to your doctor and ask them for a blood test. They will know better and – in the unlikely case you do actually need it – you will get it free on the NHS.
