13 years on, still UD 👏 Creatinine is at 120, same lang as baseline of 120 pre-TLD., so I guess it is good na hindi tumaas? Apparently, wala daw silang record ng email address ko kaya hindi naisend agad. Kung delayed results nyo, better follow up baka wala or mali yung email mo.

1. Lami/Zido decreases your rbc, making it cumbersome to company annual physical/pre employment examinations. Technically, they consider me as anemic

10th year and still undetectable. One of the few, if not only, good news this 2nd half of 2019. RITM-ARG is improving in sending test results, hopefully ARV stocks will follow suit. They're still giving 1 month supply since Jan 2019.

One month after mag switch from LZE to TLD, lumakas yung appetite ko and may pag adjust sa 13 years habit na from 2x a day to 1x a day, yung parang may hindi ka nagawa sa gabi at iniisip kung nag take ka na ba ng meds.

I met this Italian guy during

& we were together for the rest of my stay, sharing stories & whatnot. Towards the end, I randomly asked him of he would date a +, he said no. I think that validates how hard for us + to get dates or even friends. Still it was a nice exp 😌

Apparently, RITM ARG did some viral load testing last 2nd half of 2018. They surprisingly sent the results 2 days ago.I almost booked an appointment for a VL testing here in Thailand. Still undetectable despite some missed dosages 😅

Exactly 9 years ago, first time ko sa RITM-ARG. Skeptical, anxious, afraid, and didn't know what to do. Thanks to Ate Ana for making it easy. To the newly diagnosed, there's beauty surrounding RITM, especially sunset. I was given one month arv kanina, better than zero i guess.

5. Depression is real. Others have the resources to seek professional help while others cant. Alleviate it by learning new skills, talents, hobbie et al like reading a book, playing video games, exercise.

9. Dating will be extremely hard, well in my case. My status adds an extra layer of wall that i have to pass through. His acceptance of your status should be in the list of his compatibility checklist.

I was a working student when I got diagnosed; juggling between office, school, and hospital. Finances were tight, paying hospital bills, tuition, and everyday expenses. Didnt compromise anything and still pushed forward. Tbh, i was a lone wolf. 8 yrs later, im still tweeting

4. Adherence is always important. Make it a habit NOT to snooze your alarm. Take the meds as soon as your phone rings. It is your responsibility to refill on time. Just like money loans, you can have a hard time collecting it from the borrower.

For the first time after 9 or so years, looks like I'm dating again. We've been seeing each other every week for 2 months now. It feels new but the anxiety of disclosing my status is yet there again. Excited but fearful.

I hope the newly signed HIV law RA11166 will strengthen the efforts to end, if not, reduce the stigma to significant levels, improve services, treatment access, and care to PLHIV.

While we encourage HIV testing/its mode of transmission, we should also focus on "post diagnosis" & long term care. We need to elaborate how a PLHIV can still cope. This is an integral part of the entire process in reducing stigma.

Went to RITM today not for arv refill nor cd4/viral load tests but for anti rabies and tetanus shots 💀 got scratched by a cat. Anti rabies shots are free, paid tetanus toxoid shots & some fees. Happy to see Ate Ana again. Kuya Robert is about to retire na. 10 yrs it has been. 😔

The days of requesting CF1 and contribution certificate from prying and inquisitive HRs are now over. Newly refilled without paying double - individual/employed to Philhealth. That means a 2400php savings/year. 🙄

Your coping mechanism is different from others. Don't just tell someone to 'just do it', it's a process that needs to be digested - a process that depends on an individual's mental and emotional capacity. Invalidation doesn't really help a lot.
