@kelsaroony When i was told recently about the 3-3-3 rule, i didn't think it would work. It has helped me so much - look around to identify 3 objects and 3 sounds, then move 3 body parts.

Nah digital blur or not this is so messed up. Imagine sitting on a toilet to look up and see a camera 🖕it's not just an inconvenience love it's damn right disgusting
@alexpitt_1 Hi Alex. Sorry for the inconvenience, I am more than happy to contact you in more detail but please be assured that this has been ran past the EFL and there is digital blur for the toilets, it is for the use of the concourse.
