You need to first follow their official complaints procedure mate and get them to give you their final decision before you can take it to IBAS. Send an email ASAP stating you want to be paid and if they refuse you want an IBAS dispute code. IBAS are quick to set up claim mate

IF you are going to do affordability checks, then check before you a customer deposits!
Dont let them deposit shitloads, then ask for source of funds and decide to keep the customers money! Ive had bookies refuse to give my initial deposit back when not even gambled!
